Denim was amazing (when it was Truckstop)
This was (in my opinion) the best factoring company ive used when it was truckstop. Truckstop was very quick to respond and to pay. Since it has switched to Denim, it has declined significantly. I have had to wait 6 days to get my money…and 2-3 days is extremely common. After they finally respond to you they will always say that they can’t reach the broker or that the load hasn’t been released (which in my case has never been the issue after talking to broker) I have since transitioned to OTR and have had nothing but a great experience. Most of the time I get paid within 18hrs. Denim gets 1.5-2 stars and OTR is certainly a 5 right now. I will say my rate is slightly higher w OTR but they are worth the $$.
