We are very sorry you had this experience, this is indeed unacceptable for a new product. Please contact us and we can make it right.

Really needs half sizes! I am a size 7.5 normally and originally I ordered size 8, they were HUGE on me to the point of falling off my feet when I walked and moving like flip flops, so I assumed I needed to size down and exchange for size 7. The size 7s I got are way too tight. Normally size 8s are not that big on me, so I assumed Demonia's shoes ran big. Sad because now I have to find a different site to buy similar shoes from. Size inclusivity for half sizes is needed!

Although they are a tad large on me I absolutely love them and feel so powerful when strutting in these lovelies

True to size. I ordered a pair for my daughter's 17th birthday and she was totally in love and said these were the most comfortable boots she has!
