I DID get a refund in the end but it was a hassle. I ordered the boots as per their size guide recommended. They were far too large and came with chunks of the platform missing and scratches and adhesive marks on the boots. The company sent me a link to review the boots, which I did honestly and the review was never posted on the website. In the meanwhile I emailed the company and after about 2 to 3 weeks they told me to send the boots back for QC to inspect. It took several more follow up emails of me asking if I would receive a refund. I did eventually, which was nice, but my review was never posted so I put it on Amazon. What a shame, I can't really say I recommend purchasing from this company. I'm glad I got a refund but selecting only vertain reviews to display and making clients specifically ask multiple times about refunds isn't cool.

The platforms I ordered got here when it said they would. Their customer service is good so if you get the wrong size like I did you can return then and get your size

I absolutely love all of my Demonias … this review is for my second pair of watermelon topemhagens) now they are my second pair because my first pair did not stand up to me raving in them on concrete for one night at edc, the uv coating On my shoes ripped and tore:( so my advice would be to maybe make a extra layer of film with the Uv shoes or use material.) these shoes are so amazing though, they are Comfortable and I got tons of compliments in them , I love them so much I even ordered another pair of the same Shoes even though my first ones ripped I figure I will fix them

I Absolutely love Demonia and every purchase I make from them. High quality shoes, that arrive super quick! I bought awesome platform boots for my Ghostbusters flight suit and I get so many compliments. After that purchase I knew I had to get another pair because now I'm addicted! 10 out of 10 would recommend Demonia any day!

I bought the Demonia Sneeker-266 shoes quite recently. They fit perfectly, not too big, not too small. They're really comfortable. The buttons sort of don't stay attached however, which is not that bad, it's not hard to fix. But the top part of the shoes is ripping somehow and there's these big strings hanging from the top. It is kind of frustrating and annoying, as I paid around 125€ for these shoes + the expensive shipping.
