I was excited to get these shoes and I was really disappointed with the quality and service. My exchange for a larger size took 4 weeks, and one of the insoles was already peeling straight out of the box. Poor quality and slow service.

I love my boots so much but they were final sale which I guess in their eyes made it okay for them to send me boots with weird marks and discoloration on the toes of one of the boots so that I couldn’t return or exchange them. They served their purpose for my cosplay and they were comfortable enough to get through two long days with some insoles but I’m still disappointed in the quality upon receiving them.

I needed a new pair of sandals for the summer and I’ve been eyeballing these for a while. I read the reviews and most of them said get a size up because the straps hurt. They weren’t lyin. I got my normal size (9) and I could barely walk in them. The straps aren’t adjustable, and they were a bit narrow and tight. So, I returned and got a bigger size (10) and they fit perfectly and the return was smooth and easy BUT those straps aren’t adjustable and it is brutal until you break the shoes in. I have a permanent callous on the top of my foot because of the strap. It is not pleasant. They are clonky and heavy so it makes them a little hard to walk in but regardless, they are still super cute and if you’re willing to suffer through the pain for the first week, it’s worth it.. just make sure to size up! And maybe carry a couple bandaids with you just incase the straps cut the top of your foot.
