Delta Auto DispatchReviews of deltaautodispatch.com

3.5 stars service… I primarily was shopping for a cheapest/affordable quote for coast to coast auto shipping. I was aware that this could mean extra work on my part to do due diligence. Max helped to find a very affordable carrier and gave broker fee discount as well. Pickup and drop off were on time as scheduled. Even though I found what I was looking for, entire process was stressful. Despite being a small business they tried to do their best, though there were processes which seemed red flags at times such as submitting order form on a custom link (not part of their website), lack of payment processing on their website, request to pay to personal paypal account etc. - all of these kept me skeptical throughout. However, Max tried his best to win my confidence. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a service at affordable rates but don’t expect a seamless experience which you would get at a major corporation but charges more.

Delta Auto was helpful in the process to ship my vehicle from WA to TX. Due to the time of the year I had to ship my car the possibilities weren’t many. Steven James worked hard to find me a driver for the day I must shipped my car. The reason for my 4 star review is due to the price difference. Once again. I understand the time of the year made it difficult and pretty sure during a better time I would have kept the quote I innocently got. In general it was a good experience and service.

It was very difficult but when you think, you can do it. Working with Delta Auto was my first experience and the things were note helpings for both of the parties but allowing them some flexibility and time limits make the difference and in the end results were very good. Working with Steven was nice experience as he really helped me and I do appreciate for that.

Good experience overall.

Delivery on time and very good prices

Mark was a good person and really persistent. I do feel like he did his best for us. When he did locate a driver it was late day and he worked hard after hours to make the shipment work. The things I did not like were the price went up significantly. And I was asked for a tip afterwards. Delta was better than the last company and I would use them again. I’m guessing it’s the nature of the industry. It’s to bad that you can’t just get a quote and it is was it’s quoted.
