Stay away from this company! Quoted $795/car to transport 2 vehicles from Miami to California, a day before ship date "there are no drivers available, but we can find one for $1480 per car". I had no choice but to agree to double the price because I had to leave for California next day. In auto retail industry this practice is highly illegal and commonly referred to as "Bait and Switch", but sadly common when it come to auto transportation.

they had my contract for an auto transport for weeks. two days before the transport date, still seeking a driver. told me they were checking the qualifications of drivers. they never found one for me. company took a deposit upon signing the contract which is against there own terms. they were often hard to reach by phone. promised to be called back a few times and they didn't do it. felt like they were stalling me whenever i actually got to speak with someone. had to request a refund several times as they kept telling me they are working/about to get a driver. didn't listen to my refund request. when they finally agreed to a refund, took them a week to initiate it.

They are the worst type of company to deal with they lie and tell you they will be the cheapest and the other companies will say they will be cheap just to get you and then they will delay your order but then as soon as you sign with them they do the same thing and then are very unpleasant once they have you locked in then when I got upset about it they said they will have the driver drop my car where ever they are and I wouldnt have a clue as to where my car was also the promised a day which is why I signed with them and once I did they said they cant promise when it will get to me

Do NOT use this company!! Especially Henry!! My car was booked to be moved nearly 4 weeks ago. He only just started looking for a local transporter less than a week ago. I thought they were the transporters? He gave me a date. I booked 3 flights plus a hotel for a couple of nights...all non refundable...then was told today..day of the move..that its not possible for that date?? I'm hundreds of dollars out of pocket now..plus have to sleep in my car until I can find another company that will actually keep their word as my landlord rented out my house. Dont believe their low cost....its complete BS.His English was bad in texts...spoke to their call center today and that guy had a heavy Indian accent so dont think they are even based here?
