Delta Auto DispatchReviews of deltaautodispatch.com

I'm giving this company one star just because there's nothing lower, I contracted this company to move my car from San Francisco Ca to LA Ca and they gave me a price and I even paid the down payment just to find out two days before my car had to be shipped that the price they gave me was just a "quote" and not the final price, my car had to be shipped on Thursday March 29th and I had no choice bit to paid twice as much as o was told, STAY AWAY FROM THIS THIEFS

I booked a car through them ..my car got wrecked total loss in van horn Texas because they provide me a junky driver and junky company they never told me till one week past after that my car has been total ..poor communication also they took down payment of $120 which was never return ...they don't communicate at it's a worse company ..a night mare

Used the service in August 2023. Quoted and contracted for a price of $835. Was held hostage in the last minute ( car had to be moved from California to Maryland ) with a revised quote of over $1600. Bait and switch- run from this company.

BEWARE OF THESE FRAUDS! this company gave me a "great" Initial price and were set for a schedule. but, they require you to pay a partial payment, which I payed. now due to lack of "drivers" the man named Roney Johnson gave me that information and have told me that we have to reschedule. then few days later when i try to schedule with them, the price has dramatically increased from the initial price! so I have declined the service and ask for the refund for my initial payment. now here's the catch! in their contract there is a rescheduling fee, which if you've missed, you're screwed! they purposely said that they were no available driver just to bait you into rescheduling. this company is a total scam!!! ps: im still waiting for answers guys!

Bait & Switch with a $200 deposit Waited last minute like most do to raise the price. REPORT THEM! Carshipping should not be more than $700……. If outsource people are calling you don’t move forward. The worst part is you can’t find anyone directly when it comes to carship. I will dispute and chargeback the deposit that was taken. May your company burn and crash. ****HERES A DRIVER NUMBER (ALEX) ***305**332**8472*** work with the drivers directly tell him (MAY) sent you or send him this post and he will work with you.

The Good and The Bad Reached out delta to get my deposit back, Zack decided to hold my deposit as hostage in return for removing the bad review I posted yesterday. He threatened me that if I didn’t comply I would never see my deposit. I reached out to the supervisor, Sam Ross and he was more accepting and heard me out and guaranteed that my deposit was not in danger and he would insure a speedy refund…he kept his word. I promised Sam that I would give him a good review…this is it, try hiring better employees and don’t mess with people’s hard earn money Consumer Beware 🤬😡

I had found this company to transport my car from North Carolina to Texas and the company stated they had a driver that was already in NC and prior to arriving the driver saw that his pick up truck with the trailer in the back wouldn't fit in the parking lot instead of parking in the center lane of the roadway and he knocked the townhome community mailbox out of the ground and I was then skeptical about continuing to do business and the driver didn't speak English so I had to communicate in his language on a translator app and he said he'd deliver my car to Houston since he was familiar with the area since he lives in the city my car was being transported too and I was told my car would be delivered on Monday morning which I communicated that I booked a flight Sunday night and I'd arrive at 12:30am Monday morning and the driver said to contact him so I could get my car and even offered to pick me up from the airport but not in my car... He wanted to pick me up in his vehicle.. After I had to pay someone to pick me up from the airport then I arrived at my destination and he texted me again that he likes me a lot and wants me to be his friend to learn my language and he wanted to offer to pick me up again but told me he couldn't give me my car because he was at a party having fun so I responded that he can have all of the fun he like after we finish business and I receive my car but when I called the company back they didn't answer and immediately texted me stating they'd call me in 2 hours as if me receiving my car wasn't important and even after I threatened to call the cops they still didn't care and I told the guy that his driver is trying to mix business with pleasure and I wasn't too fond of that and he ignored my complaint over the phone about the driver and I felt like the company could've decreased my fee since the mailbox damage was an inconvenience to previous neighbors and made me feel very uncomfortable with the driver but they charged me a total of $750!!!!! They were very insensitive, unprofessional, unreliable, and only doing business for the money not being personable with the customers and giving friendly customer satisfaction. I am very displeased and I wish I would've driven from NC to TX because I only would've spent around $400 for fuel but didn't want to add mileage on my car. You cannot track the status of your car location with this company either.

The price to ship my car across country was $710 and I thought it was too good to be true… it was. I felt secure with choosing this company to ship my car and I thought the dispatcher was very helpful at first. I signed a contract that listed the total price as $710. Three months later it was time to ship my car and my dispatcher tells me I need to pay $1,400?! I was furious that I had fell for such a scam. I asked about pricing so many times before committing with this company and I was never told a realistic price range when signing. They get away with it because of one small statement in their terms and conditions: “While every effort will be made to confirm a driver for the estimated date and price, no guarantee of pickup or delivery date can be made”. Maybe I’m stupid, but that entire sentence sounds like it’s about shipment dates, not the cost. Just because they randomly slapped the word price in that sentence, they claim that you were informed that the price was never guaranteed. I had no other choice at this point so I paid the price and had my car shipped... this part was sketchy too. I was supposed to do a formal inspection at pick up and drop off and sign the bill of lading; however, the person picking it up hardly spoke English and told me there was nothing to sign. When I told my dispatcher about this he just said, “well your car is in good condition right?” It was, but if it hadn’t been, I would have had no way to file a claim or report since there was nothing to sign!!! I almost didn’t leave a review because my car was shipped and I was just happy that my experience with this company was finally over, but my dispatcher called me and asked me to write him a 5 star review. That didn’t sit right with me since he knew how unhappy I was with the service. My advice: find someone else!
