Trying to get a return label. Have emailed customer service and 3 days a not even an automated response that they have received my message..... update: received a response directly from the Cofounder with a return label. Thay had been understaffed and small enough not to have a separate CS dept. Although an automated response with an expected response time would be appreciated.

Nice color selection, easy ordering process, arrived promptly and nicely packaged, very soft (slightly silky) cotton sheets. Would order again!

love the product--made mistake of ordering face 'towels' instead of hand towels. didn't look at product dimensions. better descriptive labeling of face product: face cloths would have been helpful. now to pay for shipping of two hand towels not worth it.

Because I spent HOURS researching companies, I need to disclose the packaging, in hopes to not surprise others. I went with this company & another company. I was very saddened when I opened to find the towels wrapped in plastic. However, after reaching out to give feedback, they actually responded, on a holiday. We had a genuine, heartfelt discussion about plastics/packaging needed for GOTS certified stuff/their efforts moving forward. I do appreciate the prompt dialog about my concern. Shopping for TRULY humanitarian companies is so challenging. This one is on my good side. I will continue to hope the bags actually get recycled at my grocery store & limit plastics other ways. Thank you Delilah Home for continuing to innovate to help our world be better.

These sheets are absolutely gorgeous, I got the undyed natural hemp sheets & I absolutely love them, they're so soft & truly perfect for any weather, & they're the only certified organic hemp sheets I can find. Using hemp is important to me not only because of its hypoallergenic nature but because it requires 70x less water to grow than cotton & is SO much more sustainable! And having organic certified sheets is important to me for health reasons! That said, they're really expensive, & I hope the cost of hemp fabric goes down as hemp production becomes increasingly common. That said, I'm disappointed to see that the buttons on the comforter are made of clear plastic. It's a relatively small detail, but I am concerned about off-gassing (again, for health reasons, however minor - it's all cumulative) AND sustainability. I will be removing & replacing them with coconut shell buttons (biodegradable & sustainable!) myself, but I really hope Delilah does this themselves soon! This is the only reason I'm withholding the 5th star, because I would expect more in that regard from an organic sheet set.

I’m in between on a 3 or 4 star but I’ll go with a 4 because my initial interaction with the company was pleasant. *This review is based on over 6 months use and both duvet insert and sheets. We ordered the hemp sheets first and then the duvet cover after receiving the sheet set. I debated buying them for several months because hemp was new to us but went for it. I do NOT recommend the duvet cover because I feel it’s poorly thought out. The duvet has no ties to hold in the duvet insert and I did not realize until after washing and thought I’d live with it but it’s just a pain now because our insert, which is a high quality light wool, falls to the bottom every night and it takes forever to put it back in place. It also makes it difficult through the night when we turn and the weight is thrown off to one side. The buttons are sewed on poorly and are a very small plastic button so it certainly doesn’t help keeping the duvet from falling through when it falls. Maybe a coconut button would be better with double holes. I will have to replace with something else. Now on to the sheet set - I personally love it and loved the idea of hemp. Our kids sheets are linen and nice but I feel hemp is a lot thicker and therefore more durable over a longer time. They get softer with every wash and are so cozy. I just love the look of them on our bed. I sleep very hot and don’t wake up as often from being overheated in them. Even my husband who thought cheap sheets were always the way to go enjoys them. We got the natural color in both duvet and sheets and I’m just in love with. I debated between white and natural and am so happy I went with natural. It gives our room a beachy vibe and it’s so relaxing. They do pill and give off lint despite me following the washing instructions but it’s not enough for me to dislike them. Customer service was lovely from the time I sent an email asking a question through purchase. Quick and very kind. Shipping was extremely fast from what I recall. Thank you for being the company you are and having these amazing sheets. I had ordered another set of hemp sheets from a DIFFERENT company and immediately returned based on first feel (cheap cheap cheap and more expensive!!) and then found you guys and it was complete opposite! These sheets will last a long time. Thanks for caring!

These are great towels! SUPER soft and fluffy. Great colors. However, I wish Delilah Home could use more eco-friendly packaging and eliminate the non-recyclable plastic bags and polyester ribbons that the towels come with.

Ordered sheets on Thursday, didn't hear anything about shipment by the following Tuesday so I emailed. Should have received notification about issue of order in a more timely fashion - but within an hour of my emailing, owner took care of issue and sheets were shipped following day. Overall I would say good service. We love the hemp sheets! I can't give feedback on durability because we just started using them, but quality of material is excellent. It's soft after 1 washing, stitching is very good, bottom fitted sheet has deep pockets to fit oversized mattress and has all around elastic. We look forward to many years use. And we will probably be ordering another set soon.
