Outstanding Customer Service I could not be more impressed with the customer service from Leather Delicate. I had an issue with the color of a few items not matching the Deep Red armrests I had ordered, and their response was exceptional. They immediately worked with me to make sure the steering wheel cover and headrests would be replaced in the correct Deep Red color, at absolutely no additional charge. They even told me there was no need to go through the hassle of returning the original items. It is becoming increasingly rare to find a company that stands behind its products and genuinely cares about making sure the customer is happy. Their communication throughout the process was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. The products themselves look great, but the level of customer service is what really impressed me. I would absolutely purchase from Leather Delicate again and would highly recommend them to anyone considering their products. Five stars, without hesitation.
