Awful customer service and when the product arrived it was an absolute piece of junk. I would like to be sure this company has no information on me. The product is nothing like their information represented. Claimed to be custom made and led me to believe it was made of leather. I don't want to have anything to do with this company and I'll just throw the $180 pieces of crap in the garbage and mark it up as a stupid mistake on my part.

Company did a great job of making my order issue right. The seat cushion is very comfortable and is a nice addition to my office chair and recumbent bike chair. I bought multiples!

I ordered a yellow leather Universal Leather Steering Wheel Cover – Anti-Slip Car Handle steering wheel cover (14.5–15.5 inches) for my car, but unfortunately, it turned out to be too big. I reached out to Delicate Leather’s customer support via email, and I was very impressed with their responsiveness and professionalism. They asked all the right questions to determine my steering wheel size, which turned out to be 14.3 inches. Based on that, they immediately recommended products that would be a better fit for my car. The entire return and replacement process was incredibly simple and hassle-free. They even asked me to keep the original steering wheel cover instead of returning it, which I really appreciated. I’m currently waiting for my replacement steering wheel cover and hope this one will be a perfect fit! Overall, I’m very happy with their customer service and the way they handled the situation. I’ll definitely update my review once I receive the replacement.

Do not make the mistake of giving these people your email address. They will send you spam constantly and will not stop no matter how many times you complain. Make sure to read their negative reviews. Their customer service and shipping appear to to be a big problem. I'd avoid this vendor at all costs.

I ordered a steering wheel cover for a Honda Accord and they sent me a cover for a Honda Civic. They want me to pay return shipping and a 20% restock fee for their mistake. I will never order from this company again as they are a complete scam.

I had an issue with the shipping company and customer service at Delicate Leather helped me sort it out and got me my product right away! The quality of my steering wheel cover is wonderful as well!
