High quality items
Items were delivered relatively quickly (not in time for my trip unfortunately). Items were high quality, but I discovered that I was actually more comfortable in my Honda driver's seat without using the lumber or head accessories. This is no fault of the company. It might just be something about my body (my scoliosis, something else?) In any case, I would still recommend the company/website.

Was sent to wrong address all being my fault because my phone autofilled my old address for some reason and i missed it, reached out to there support team and they very quickly resolved my issue and are sending a replacement, can't wait for my product, thank you so much

I did not get what I wanted
I did not get what I wanted. I have since returned the item. Hopefully they will add my preferred 3D embossed logo. Then they inform me that they cannot fulfill or satisfy the item they duped me into buying albeit they was advertising photos of what they say the can not do. An utter disappointment!! “CAMARO 2SS”! And return it to me.

I ordered a seat for my grandson to…
I ordered a seat for my grandson to have in his truck when driving long distances and a steering wheel cover, my neighbors dog stole the package off the porch and destroyed the seat never found wheel cover. Now here is the wonderful part,Delicate Leather told me that they would replace one of the iteams for free, WOW this happen about a month ago and I was just getting around to tell what happened to them.
