Delicate LeatherReviews of delicate-leather.com

I am so happy with the Delicate Leather company! They went the extra mile to help me get a different color cover for my car. They are shipping me a replacement at their expense. I truly appreciate their help and I recommend them highly

After accidentally ordering the wrong steering wheel cover, I contacted customer service expecting to be told that I would have to pay to return the wrong item and a restocking fee, etc. On the contrary, I was informed that a new (correct) cover would be sent out immediately and I was not required to mail the old item back. Very grateful for a quick response and easy solution!

The Leather Bike Polo Gloves I ordered were very beautiful but unfortunately too small. I emailed customer servcie with the issue and they responded immediately, offering to replace the gloves with a bigger size, free of charge. I am very impressed by the prompt and courteous customer service. Beautiful products!

Delicate Leather has been amazing. I ordered the wrong item, and Customer Service went above and beyond to assist me in getting the proper item. The Customer Service team was one of the BEST I've ever experienced!

The steering wheel covered arrived quicker than I expected and is really nice. Unfortunately the size was wrong. To my surprise, the response to my request for help was immediate and kind. My cover is being replaced with minimal effort on my part. I wouldn’t hesitate to make another purchase from this company. It’s difficult to find businesses that stand by their products, this one does so without hesitation. Highly recommended.
