I ordered a D designed steering wheel cover for my 2025 Dodge Charger EV. It came pretty fast in the mail but when I opened the package I realized that I ordered the wrong color. I was sure I would have a hardtime exchanging it but the customer service was fast and very understanding. They offered to send a replacement immediately. I truly appreciate a good trustworthy company with quality products and most of all fast direct customer service. Thank you Delicate Leather! The ordering process was easy. The package shipped Ina decent amount of time. The packaging wasn't sturdy and there was a small problem that the seller was willing to correct immediately. So great customer service. The quality of the purple floor Mats was pretty awesome otherwise.
