Deli FayreReviews of deli-fayre.com

This company is the worst on the internet, the people who u deal with are just terrible and not professional, I ordered my products and was disappointed when they turned up moldy in the box and wasn’t packaged properly no ice packs no labelling squashed and not at all fresh please stay well clear from this website

I can not attest for the quality of the products as I never received them. I ordered over £50 and got in contact with them to arrange a delivery date. They never got back to me and i have since tried to make contact with them over 10 times via email and phone to no avail. I am out of pocket with nothing to show for it. Terrible customer service.

I ordered lobster tails they turned up in a burst box and were rotten. The post man took them back with him I rang and complained and got abuse from the man on the phone. Eventually he said he would send the order again they never turned up after many emails. I rang again. And told him I saw that he had a sale on lobster tails but they had gone up £30. Since my order. He shouted at me and put the phone. Down neatly £50 out of pocket. Something needs done about this company total rouges

I order 4 items from this company. I received my order but there was a item missing i phoned and was promised it would be sent out by the weekend but it never arrived. phoned again and was promised it would be sent out but it never arrived I also sent email to customer service and never got a answer. I dont think I will be using this company again

Lies about the order being sent, conflicting stories, unprofessional phone manner.

Their sardines in vegetables are to die for. The vegetables really add flavour and make for a premium experience.

This company is so good, lovely winkles with a couple jars of smoked mussels thrown in for free. Staff are professional and friendly. If you want any special things, go here!

Excellent choice, the jarred smoked mussels are the best. Everything delivered. would highly recommend excellent seafood.
