They've improved even in last 7 months
I've purchased two lamps from Dekorfine in last 7 months. First one may be an all-time favorite here; travertine and exactly the minimalist/Asian look I wanted. Two month delivery. At the time, their labeling of the process sounded much faster, but TBH I didn't check it out carefully. I assumed US fast delivery. Second time, I understood, and delivery--about 40 days--was faster. Their labeling of shipping process also now clearer. Customer service was A+ with my many product questions (wattage/briggtness, changing lamp to dimmable). Time zone differences and/or perhaps translation can mean 12-18 hr delay for customer service response, but no language barrier at all on multiple communications. I like the second lamp as well. Never going to be overnight delivery, but they do have some really interesting items I could not find elsewhere, and I'm pretty good at scoping out alternative vendors. I would buy again from them. Would have given them 5 stars if shorter delivery time. I've purchased from other sellers in China who have delivered within a couple weeks.
