I ordered the Aeliana Crystal chandelier w/8 heads. It took several weeks to arrive (but I was aware it was going to take awhile). It arrived in a very locked up crate box which took me a few days to figure out 'how' to open it successfully on my own. Got it open finally and everything was very securely packed. Many crystal pieces and all were perfect. Spent several weeks communicating via email with company because a connecting piece that was crucial for electrical wire to go through, was not shown in the assembly papers and I could not figure out how to open the piece in order to make wires connected within it. Part of the reason I'm giving 3 stars is because it took a long time to adequately explain and have company understand the problem. I had to send videos and photos with detailed descriptions. They gave me instructions that were not correct at one point. Their responses were very quick and tone was friendly and helpful during entire process, so there's that. I ended up taking a photo of the piece via Google Lens and asking the AI for Google 'how do I open this?' and it gave me step by step correct instructions! I got it open! To open it, you unscrew the top loop on connecting piece and the piece naturally comes open - voila! Easy, yet was confusing trying to figure out on one's own. About to have electrician hang this beautiful chandelier finally. I have another chandelier I've ordered from them and it's now been 8 weeks and still don't know where/when it'll ship. While this company has amazingly beautiful lamps/chandeliers, if you are in a hurry, you may want to order with someone else.

There are mentions elsewhere online that this company is a scam. It is not. My two pendant lights arrived and they are as described. It took about 6 weeks but, in the finer print, they disclose this. They could be more above aboard in making clear that their items ship by boat from China. Some items are even marked "in stock" but, again, in stock in China? Note that this company operates various websites - at least this one, Babodecor, Bulb Square, Babies Decor?, Homidy, maybe many others. It's a little shady, but they are not a scan. Finally, note that at least some of their items are knock offs of existing designs. Use Google Lens on their photos and you may find that a very similar item is available domestically, like on Wayfair.

I ordered a pendant light in November. it's now the end of December and it hasn't even shipped yet! The company responds when I write them for an update but I just want my light. I hope it's a good product when it gets here because it's going to be a bear trying to return it!
