Very easy to reach out to and very easy to be satisfied
The brand is very good at communicating, my order got held at customs and they were able to update me each step. Got back to me within 10 ish hours. Love the effort and style out into the bracelet. Very good quality

Madara and Ben 10 bracelets
I ordered the Madara bracelet it took a few weeks to come in but it was a nice quality, smaller than expected but still nice. I then won a giveaway for their Ben 10 bracelet, that one took the same amount of time to come in as the Madara one, and was much larger than the Madara bracelet (a good thing) and an even better quality. My only issue with the Madara bracelet is that the buttons are placed in a way where if I want the bracelet to sit on my wrists - its too tight, but if I go down one button it slides down, but thats rather niche so I wont note that. (The bracelets came in on my birthday aswell, I was rather happy)

The stuff they sell is great especially the new release of the omnitrix watches I don’t think I’ve seen any other brand do stuff like that, but their shipping times don’t line up and usually take an extra week or 2 to come so you’ll be waiting around a month to get your stuff however I am very happy with the stuff I purchased from them such as the omnitrix watch, chain and a lighter which I’ve been complimented on loads
