I ordered a Mega Blaziken bracelet in early June and since then, nothing. In July, I contacted the support, they responded me and told me "According to our fulfillment team, production issues have delayed the shipment." I checked again the status of my order on August 17, still on going and no news. I tried sending a new email to the support this morning (August 20), but "Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender". I went on the website and the store is unavailable. I don't even know if it will come back one day. Their social medias are silent too (no news since March on Instagram, no news since June on Facebook). Because I can't contact the support nor access the site nor check my order, I can't ask for a refund or at least some news. Avoid this store.

I purchased the ben 10 Omnitrix, took a little longer then expected but I got it, the communication and understanding from the team was amazing,that alone gets 5 stars. I was worried at first I wouldn't get anything but they reassured me every time I bugged them.

I LOVE MY NEW POKÉMON CUFF!!! The bag and box it came in was so smooth! I opened the bags it came in and took the time to admire the absolutely GORGEOUS craftsmanship with the Keystone being a centerpiece, which I adore. When I finally tried on my new wrist cuff, the buttons made the world’s most satisfying snap. I discovered that my highly sensitive skin didn’t even react negatively to the chain on the inside of the cuff too, which nearly made me tear up because I was so surprised that it was something that wasn’t even going to pinch me continuously. I also found the company’s engraving on the outside was very subtle, like a little wink saying, “this was hand- made by us, just for you!” AND IT IS!! I even have a small kid’s size wrist so I was even more surprised that it ACTUALLY FITS AND LOOKS AND FEELS LIKE IT WAS MADE FOR SOMEONE LIKE ME! Still tearing up just admiring it!! I even love the stitching and the white stitches against the black cuff is one of my favorite touches on the cuff as well!! The shipping was quick but production time took a while that I was worried about the money being wasted— until I realized just how much and how hard this DEKAYED craftsperson worked on a product that seemed to be made to order!! And it shows beautifully!!! Worth EVERY single dollar and penny!!! It is LITERALLY a true, genuine labor of love and I saw it through every single second of wearing it!! I would LOVE to buy one for either my partner or daughter when I can too!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH, DEKAYED, FOR ALL THE LOVE AND CARE YOU POUR INTO YOUR BEAUTIFUL WORK!! This wrist cuff found its home!!!!

Very long delivery to Europe almost 3 months, item was ordered on 29th of April and delivered on 13th of July. And when I tried to return item as it didn't fit they stopped answering, so I had to open a dispute.

I would give no stars if possible - still waiting for delivery of a lucario bracelet ordered nearly 2 months ago. Every time I have contacted them about it, they just send me a bland message about getting the company who ships for them to hurry up. Still nothing - going to contact my bank for a refund at the end of May

I bought two bracelets from this company, the first bracelet the spider came off at work so I replaced it, one will be used while I’m at work lol.

I got a Gardevoir bracelet for me and a Gallade ring for my brother, both pieces fit great and are really pretty!
