Easy to book with low down payments

Absolutely no complaints, whatsoever! I wanted to wait until I got back from my vacation to leave my review using Defera for the first time. Communication was excellent, they were so helpful answering all my questions and explaining how the process works. The best part of being able to choose my departure and arrival back home on MY schedule than having a “locked,” time schedule. And the fact that you can pay in installments makes it even better. I already have my second flight booked for November with them. The only bad thing that happened during my trip is that my flight layover on returning home was delayed for about three hours so I did not get back to the airport until a little after 1 AM but that’s not on them. 🤣 Would recommend them.

The staff at Defera is amazing! I had some issues paying off my flights due to shortage of hours but Defera helped me and assured my flights were safe. Daisy and Jose are ROCK STARS! Would recommend and Defera has a customer for life!

I am truly blessed to be able to have the option of a layaway plan for flights. Defera made it so easy to get the flight that I wanted with the appropriate times that I wanted. And picking the seats that I wanted was just as easy. I am already planning my next trip and to go through Defera to plan it.

I will always use this company. They are waaaaaayyyyyyyyyyyyy better than airforable in my opinion!!!!!

The app was very easy to use and navigate. I had a few questions after my booking was made through them and the customer service was fast and they were very informative and patient too with all the questions I was asking. Overall very great and simple process I will definitely be using them in the future whenever I need them.
