This website is very detailed, and I like the fact that you know exactly what you’re getting. The downside is that the payments every two weeks can be pretty high. I also don’t like that they don’t have a matching policy. For example, if you booked with another “pay later” travel website and then decided to switch to them, they wouldn’t give you credit for the money you already paid. That’s actually why I’m waiting to book with them. I want to be able to pay for at least a month of their service so I can stay ahead on the payments. I’ve already paid $1,000 to PayLater Travel, so I’m waiting before I cancel that booking. I at least have another month before I need to make a decision. I originally booked with PayLater without knowing about this website, and I honestly wish I had known about it sooner. I may lose the $1,000 I already paid, but I think it will be worth it in the long run because at least I’ll be able to get the seat I want without having to pay a higher price later.

I was unsure about how this process might go, what to expect, and if it would work out. The design choices are sleek but have a mysterious appearance. Thankfully it did! I will say I think more could be done to provide peace of mind. For example, presenting more details about what to expect prior to selecting this service as an option and adjust user interface to find things more easily. That all being said, I found success with this service and that is thanks to the incredibly responsive real person communication. I would recommend this service because of this.

Made it easy for me a book a flight. The company communication is a little inconsistent between agent/customer overall I’m satisfied.
