I purchased an iPhone 13 case. This is one of the mini products I have purchased. The slots for credit cards and drivers license is has a piece of fabric behind it that attaches to the phone to prevent your cards from falling out and that he’s came detached from the case. I’ve only had the phone a week or so and if you want to return something that was defective during the first 30 days, they still require you to pay for the shipping to return the defective item and to pay for shipping to get a replacement. I will not do business with this company again the product was poorly made. And they do not stand behind it. I don’t recommend you purchased products from this company.

Company is a scam.Their magnet does not hold the cell phone in the case securely and my new phone slipped out and the phone shattered. My new case was not of good quality like previous cases purchased from them! Company refused to pay my insurance replacement cost for a new phone. Had been their customer since 2018. This company does not stand behind their products or their long time customers. Also, please see the youtube video proving cell phones cases are not radiation proof which I just discovered! Shame on you Defender Shield!!
