The first pair of headphones received exhibited a manufacturing defect, which was promptly addressed with a replacement. Your second pair of headphones, unfortunately, developed a 'mangled' and 'crumpled' flex after approximately 18 months of use. We understand you believe this was not due to mistreatment. However, our warranty, which covers manufacturing defects, is valid for one year from the date of purchase. Your correspondence was received in December 2024, nearly five months after the warranty period had expired. The photos you provided showed a twisting of the cord, which, while not affecting the functionality of the headphones, is typically indicative of wear and tear from storage or use over time, rather than a manufacturing defect. Our warranty is designed to protect against defects in manufacturing, not issues arising from normal use. We strive to provide high-quality products, and we regret that your experience did not meet your expectations.
