Ordering was easy but I was surprised the arrival time was so long. The price is high. 4 yrs ago dr mercola was selling 3 pairs for $75. I was surprised it was now over that amount for 1 pair. Also did understand the additional charge for memory foam ear pieces. I didnt order those, assuming they have to come with something to cushion and hold them in place. I will soon see. Also, I didnt ask for the protection @ $4.00 but it was added in anyone. Shipping was very high for the item. $89 headphones were $100. $89 was already too high and then I felt the bill was padded. Ive always liked your products but they're too expansive.

Informative, always giving discounts. I wish the warranty is longer. I don't think we the customers should be responsible for paying for package protection, that should be automatic.

Thank you for your products! I just wished that the goal for free shipping would not be so expensive/high as the cost of everything has also increased. I understand that you also have to adjust, but those of us (loyal customers) who can't always afford to buy more or buy your products at regular price end up paying regular price for sale items at checkout.

So far so good, I'm impressed that they have already been shipped less than 20 hours of my ordering them. Thanks, for that, I'll wait until I receive the package before I send a review.

UPDATE: Great customer service. I did receive a call back from DefenderShield, they sent me another replacement and made sure it was intact before they sent it out. They also issued me a refund. Whatever you do, do not purchase the Defender Shield EMF Radiation-Free Air Tube Over-Ear Headphones. My first Defender Shield EMF Radiation-Free Air Tube Over-Ear Headphones broke in under a year when the earphones fell off. My second one broke in the same exact spots in less than 2 weeks. I put in a warranty claim and they literally shipped me a headset that was already broken in the spot where the other two had broke. So I email them and they send me another replacement and, guess what.........that's right, it too is delivered already broken in exactly the same spot. They clearly have a manufacturers defect and it seems like they have no interest in fixing it. Their quality control is obviously crap. They are the Boeing of the headset world.

Excellent customer service. I bought the "EMF Radiation-Free Air Tube Over-Ear Headphones" a couple of months back. They immidiately sent out a replacement pair after cracks started to appear in the casing. I did not have to send back the defective item. It was great to also have the 1 year warrenty included in the purchase Notice others have not had the same experience. It may be that the company has recently changed some of their practices to make them more customer friendly. Shame however that the headphones did develop cracks only after a couple of months (although performance was not affected). Hopefully they can sort out this product issue as the headphones themselves are great.
