I still haven't received my order. This is not good especially when you ask for a review.

This service really sucks. Take my money real quick but never received my order. An email reassuring me it's on its way. Still waiting

I cannot write a review as experience is in going. Received massager within reasonable time frame no complaints. Opened and used for 5 minutes and it began to sound like a jet taking off and then quit vibrating. Could restart bu would quit. Packaged and mailed sending info and racking number to customer service requesting a refund. Tracking shows return was delivered and have not heard from anyone since I mailed return. So long story short, so far I am less than satisfied

I got my massager and instead of 3 speeds it only has high. Emailed the company 3 times so far and I haven't heard anything. Really disappointed because I was really looking forward to using it.
