We couldn't be happier. I wanted to add my husband's name to the deed on a house that I inherited. We saved several hundred dollars!!

This is a terrific option for creating a quit claim deed. It was so easy to follow and quick to complete. I even had a correction once I finished that I could change without paying any additional fees. I was reviewing DeedClaim's capabilities to include the provisions I needed in a new deed -- an Enhanced Life Estate (Ladybird) deed with a name (deceased owner) removed. I didn't see the way to complete this. I entered a question at 9:30 pm and in 10 minutes had a response with clear instructions on how to create this deed. I was able to complete the deed and have subsequently recorded the deed without issue. (This was in Florida) Lawyers were quoting $200+ to do this.

I originally picked the wrong deed that I needed and when I advised Deed Claim they quickly advised me what I did wrong and helped me correct it at no extra cost.
