Advertises money-back guarantee, refuses to honor it
Purchased a KVM VPS annual plan on Oct 9, 2026. The service is completely unusable from my location (China): YouTube won't load at all, Google Search is unreachable through the node, complete blockage on mobile networks, and the assigned IP is blacklisted (blocked by ChatGPT and Gemini). When I requested a refund, support refused citing their Terms of Service — even though their own website publicly advertises a "45-day money-back guarantee," and their billing team has since admitted in writing that this advertisement "caused confusion." They offered only account credit instead of a refund to my original payment method. The contradiction between their advertising and their actual refund practice speaks for itself. UPDATE (Oct 10): Full $10.88 refund received to my original Alipay account the same day, ticket closed. I see the company's reply below — appreciate the correction to the blog article and making this right. Updating for fairness: the issue was ultimately resolved. Note for future buyers: it took an FTC complaint plus this review to get here. Read the ToS before you buy.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re sorry for the trouble and frustration this caused. We do want to clarify that the 45-day money-back guarantee you referenced was contained in an older blog article published in 2025. That statement was incorrect and did not reflect our official Refund Policy or Terms of Service, which are clearly available on our website. We sincerely apologize for the incorrect information in that article, and it has now been corrected. That said, we completely understand why you raised the issue. Since the incorrect information was published on our website, we’re happy to make this right for you. We have instructed our billing team to issue you a full refund to your original payment method. We apologize again for the confusion and appreciate you bringing the outdated information to our attention.
