The move was not coordinated at all. Not enough trucks and didn't arrive when expected.

I was promised a move date by the person who I originally booked with on the phone and the driver himself who picked up my belongings. Then, they dropped the bomb on me that it could take up to 21 business days when they promised me it would be within the next couple of days after pick up. I have children and we need our belongings. I would have never booked with this company in the first place.

Nothing great about my moving experience. This company makes you believe they know what they are doing, from conducting business to handling expensive furniture but, the truth is that they are not even the ones that would be moving you!!! I put my trust and my VERY EXPENSIVE furniture on the hands of this company, I was feeling confident everything was going to ne handled with care and in a professional manner, well, that wasn't the case. At pick up I found out it was a total different moving company I was dealing with, Rado Express, not only unprofessional but I also had to do a separate paperwork, my moving rate kept going up. I had already paid a deposit, this people wanted more money that what was estimated and they wanted cash on the spot. I felt betrayed and scammed. I went through with furniture being picked up, I got another estimate for the delivery, and again my rate continued to escalate. At the delivery, they not only damaged some property, they didn't have enough men force to unload the truck, they wanted more money for it. It was a TOTAL DISASTER. THey wanted to get paid CASH, even before they download furniture, they held our furniture hostage until we paid, even a bigger amount that they had already asked for. At the end, we ended up with broken and scratched expensive, unacceptable. Not only was the MOST HORRIBLE IRRESPONSIBLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL experience, we are now have to pay over $2,000 in repairs. I would NOT recommend doing business with DEDICATED VAN LINES at all.

This company is HORRIBLE! Started out working with Jason Littman and the process good with the 1st interaction but when didn’t close the deal with he kept calling me back. Should’ve been a RED FLAG!! I finally worked a deal and I wasn’t told that they use a third party for your pick and delivery! Third party arrived contract stated 2 people and only 1 person showed. I called Dedicated but kept getting the run around! They even stopped taking my calls! BOTTOM LINE UP FRONT DON’T USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! Horrible, horrible, and horrible!

If I were rating on the movers alone it would 5 stars, but the movers were 5 hours late because of an over schedule. This meant that they were there at packing/moving us until 1:30 AM. Again, the movers did everything great, but it was just so delayed that it was so late in the morning and we have a young baby at the house that we had to navigate with.

Horrible experience ! DONOT USE THIS MOVERS !! If there was an option to give ZERO stars, I would have done that. Warning : If during the move, any of your items is lost, you WILL NOT get compensation for that ! I had booked a move with Dedicated Van Lines for the end of July 2023. On the day of move, they sent a third party movers called "R&M transportation for the move". In the transit, they lost my 300$+ bike. When R&M transportation delivered by stuff, they mentioned that it would have been misplaced the bike during the transit and they would try to relocate it as soon as they can and if they are not able to do that in a week, contact the movers and if needed please file a claim for it ! So I did exactly what was asked for ! However after submitting the claim, R&M claimed that there was no missing bike and asked me to contact Dedicated Van lines for the missing item which I did. It has been since 6 months since the move, I have been emailing then every 2 weeks for any update on the compensation , but they hardly reply ! The last response from Ryan Gold from Dedicated Van lines on 27th November 2023 was "R&M transportation has been unresponsive. Will do our best to continue to reach them. I have attached the screenshot of the email communications Before the move, dedicated van lines will be constantly in touch with regarding the move, their customer service agents would be excellent. But once the move has been completed, they will not respond to any of your queries ! Also "R&M transportation" are not professional movers. On the day of the move, just 2 people initially showed up for the move and then they contacted 3 random local helpers in the area. All three of them were not professional at all ! During the move, one of those helpers stepped on my 65 inch OLED TV while packing the TV ! I was in total shock how can someone do that. Thankfully though when the move was completed, the TV wasn't damaged ! I was fine with a third party movers being involved in the move ! However if an item is lost in the transit, neither the 3rd party nor Dedicated Van lines take responsibility for the move!! DONOT BOOK THIS MOVERS !

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. This coming fraudulently represents itself as a long-distance moving company when they are a moving brokerage firm. They own/operate 0 moving trucks. They brokered my move out to a company called Witty Mover and Delivery and it was the move from hell. The review I posted for Witty Mover and Delivery is pasted below. This was truly a horrific experience. This company should be shut down. My move was brokered out to this company from Dedicated Van Lines, a company that misrepresents itself as long-distance movers. Relocating from Pennsylvania to New Mexico with this company was hands down the most egregious moving experience of my life. I do not know how to capture the level of dysfunction and fraudulent business practices fully but I shall try. They are the worst: 1. they doubled the cost of my move, 2. they destroyed and/or didn't bring ~$6k worth of my belongings, 3. my boxes were riddled with rodent feces, 4. they were ~2 weeks late, 5. when I called to get an updated delivery estimate their phone numbers were coming back disconnected and I thought all of my property was stolen for 24-48 hours, 6. it took 6 months for them to finally respond to my property damage claims which only happened after I began consulting plaintiff attorneys and threatened them with litigation, 7. the settlement they offered covered ~0.05% of the value of the property they damaged, destroyed, and didn't deliver. Basically, you are better off using anyone but this company. Additionally, under no circumstances book a move through Dedicated Van Lines, they are equally as fraudulent as Witty Movers and Delivery.

Wow where do I begin? If I could give 0 stars I would. Initially I was assured by Mike that since I recently had knee surgery the full pack of the house would take care of packing up the house as well as moving. Well thank God we did some packing of our own. Not only did they not pack half of our stuff but couldn’t fit it all on the truck so my husband and I were forced to rent a U-Haul in the middle of the night and packed our entire basement that was left behind by the moving company. They were an hour late for pickup and an hour and a half late for drop off. They ended up charging us 5k when the original estimate was 3200. They ruined our dining room table when they were reassembling it because the guy was listening to music and couldn’t hear the screws going through our table. They left the parts of both the washer and dryer at the old house so my dad had to go out and buy new parts and hook up my washer and dryer at my new house. What a disappointing company.
