Very helpful and friendly. Resolved my issue quickly and troubleshooted live to resolve the connection issue I was experiencing

very helpful. walked me thru step by step until the issue was resolved. the hyper-encouraging tone was a little off-putting but nothing harmful. Thanks again.

DedicatedMC.io, that's all you have to say when someone asks you for a good host. "What makes them a good host?", you might ask. The prices are, for what you're getting, absolutely exceptional. Great price for great specs. They also offer a wide variety of tiers, so you're sure to find something that fits perfectly in your budget. The staff is knowledgeable, is quick to respond and is deeply engaging in their community. Not just them, the entire community is made of server owners, moderators, developers and others that are there to welcome you and help get any issues you might have resolved fairly quick. Speaking of issues, the way their support system works is really well executed. It's all done via Discord, you open a ticket and one of the staff members gets on it right away. Provide them the right information and all your troubles will be... in the words of Thanos: "Gone. Reduced to atoms." All that's left to say is that you can't go wrong by choosing them.

I decided to finally start working on my own Minecraft community, I first started using hosting from mcprohosting and turns out their "Node" was down for the entire evening, So my developer Thehiredgeek recommended DedicatedMC and within a few minutes my server was up and running with amazing performance, Once the dedicated solutions arrive I will be moving my other game servers to their platform. 10/10

I switched from mcpro hosting and will NEVER go back. Their support is top tier, always very personal and quick to respond. Their prices are virtually unheard of for what you're getting. 5/5/5/5 recommend.

Tehlo and his vast infinite wisdom was able to correct the issue I was having within seconds of opening a ticket. Bravo!

I've been using them for two months and they're the best company I've hosted with. I come from working with my own dedicated servers, and I was reluctant to use them because they work with a managed panel (perodactyl). Turns out that I got the best performance EVER: their advertising is true: you get a core of an i9 and 10gb of ram. Their customer support is also amazing, so if you had any small problem they can help you to fix it.

I have never done a thing regarding computers or servers, but when the server I played on suddenly became unplayable, I wanted to create a new network for the people from that server who had become some of my closest friends. After researching server hosts, we decided to go with DedicatedMC because of the powerful hardware and active staff. Two months into this endeavor, I know significantly more about running a server and I can safely say that DedicatedMC was the absolute right choice for us. The server is reliable, the support staff go above and beyond to help server admins, and the value is great. We have three of our servers on a different host, but will be migrating them to DedicatedMC ASAP, because we are so happy with the experience. Any time I have a problem, I can message the discord server and have a response within minutes. I'd highly recommend DedicatedMC for any kind of minecraft server, and for admins with a decade of experience or none at all.
