DedicatedMC, LLCReviews of dedicatedmc.io

I don't believe I've ever had a more positive customer experience than I have with DedicatedMC. I got one of their $5/month servers as a test when I was dissatisfied with a different hosting service. I'm an engineer and at the time was on the verge of setting up my own cloud server hosting, but am very glad I gave this team a chance. It didn't take long before I felt comfortable moving all the servers I manage over to DedicatedMC. Any support ticket I've opened has gotten a friendly response directly from staff within 15 seconds, and all were resolved to my complete satisfaction within 2 minutes. I have never seen a team of people more on the ball. The one reservation I have is that some of the broadly-addressed communications from DedicatedMC staff have lacked professional polish. The vast majority have been impeccable: informative, emotionally aware, taking responsibility for mistakes when relevant. On occasion it seems like frustration results in language a little more colorful than I'd expect from an otherwise top-notch business. In most cases, the slips seemed reasonable given the situations the staff were responding to at the time. All things considered this is barely an issue, and from what I can tell they've been getting better about it. I'm now managing 8 servers with DedicatedMC across 4 different types of plans, with hosting in both the US and EU. While they have experienced a few targeted DDoS attacks, my players had no trouble connecting and playing and never even had to know anything was going on. There has been the occasional hardware issue, and in such cases the staff has always been quick, communicative, and competent. In 6 months of running several servers, I've lost about 3 minutes of server uptime. I have been absolutely satisfied with DedicatedMC's service, and in fact they consistently exceed my expectations. I heartily recommend their products and services to anyone, whether you're looking to host a small server for friends or manage a network for a large community.

I'll start with some background: I'm working as DevOps professionally and I've set up and managed three MC servers in past years because I never trusted managed service providers. They all had bad rep of underperforming, misleading marketing and wiping servers as they see fit without consequences. Then I stumbled upon SMPearth and it had a little link in the footer. It led me to DedicatedMC.io The website greeted me with professional looking and modern design plus it had valuable content and knowledge base available to everyone publically. They didn't want me to waste time on buzzwords and marketing speech, I could directly see what matters - service offerings with no shady language, with full specs and even benchmarks. Then I met the community and people behind the thing and I was blown away how they managed to exceed my expectations regularly. I'm currently hosting three servers with them with zero worries, uncompromised performance and excellent uptime. They fight major targeted DDoS attacks on their own infrastructure without a sweat. They use modern technologies, they are friendly when needed and professional when it matters. The response time for support is nearly instant, no matter the timezone. I don't see how anyone can beat this level of service.

Best host I have ever used! Staff are really helpful and servers are blazing fast! Definitely reccomend.

DMC is an amazing host for Minecraft, one of a kind. I had numerous issues regarding the server (my fault, not theirs) and their discord support/ticketing system helped me out within minutes! The support is amazing and unlike any, I've experienced any before. Their servers are fast and are amazing value for the price.

Absolutely fantastic Minecraft host. Top of the line hardware for very reasonable prices, and the staff are extremely friendly and really takes their time to help people out. You will not regret joining them at all.

I'll start off by saying that I am not the best when it comes to Minecraft servers, since I have been out of the scene for quite a while. I have looked everywhere for a good host and, when I finally found DMC, I decided to go with it because: "Why not?" At first, I was a little skeptical, but then I noticed that the server was always going smooth (keep in mind that I went with the cheapest plan and had around 20 players, so YMMV). TPS always at 20 and even when I was doing heavy worldedit tasks, the TPS barely dipped below 19.3/18.9. Enough with the server performance, since I think I've been exhaustive enough; let's talk about the staff. To put it simply, I love the team behind DMC: everyone is always available to help people out and they're always in touch with the community. Honestly, one of the best hosts I have been with and I hope to come back to it in the future and see it better than ever.
