DedicatedMC, LLCReviews of dedicatedmc.io

This is exactly how a hosting company should be. DedicatedMC really does show that they care for their customers. Absolutely Amazing and friendly support via Discord, Top-Notch Pterodactyl panel and great server performance! DedicatedMC is the minecraft 2021 hosting solution to go!

Been using them for a month now, running a 1.16 server with about 20-30 people. Other hosts struggled with performance, even on plans costing three times as much. Performance with these guys is way better, and their support is superb! Prompt responses and solutions.

We had a little problem with our server (owner deleted all the files). The support staff got us back up and running in no time. They explained what they were doing and even incorporated some settings for future protection. TLDR; Support staff were fast, professional and above all else, friendly.

Consistently fantastic service from not only their MC servers but every single one of their staff. They are always willing to help and the response times are unlike any host I have seen so far. The servers themselves are very reasonably priced and the performance is amazing. Very highly recommend to anyone running a server of any size

Best performance and support in the game! Support is very knowledgeable and very fast. The admins are very transparent about the servers and you know exactly what you're getting. It doesn't get better than this.

I found this server hosting to be very helpful , everything from money to commands within the server , very calm , and very knowledgeable staff . Thanks a lot for all the helping guys .

Always Helpful, getting things done quickly and perfectly! Finding what issue is when providing information about the problem. :)

Had a problem with the server, went to their discord, opened a ticket, and the problem was addressed within seconds...SECONDS. Best service I have had for an online service EVER.
