The team over at DedicatedMC provides a one of a kind service that is very rare to see in this industry. I was a little worried when choosing to use the service they provide over a larger company like ShockByte or Apex. Massive companies like the ones above have thousands of dollars that are spent on expensive equipment, or so I thought. I cancelled my plan with Shockbyte due to the awful lag the server gave and the awful support I received and went to DedicatedMC. As I looked through the plans, I could not understand why they were so cheap. I went from paying $85 with ShockBtye to paying $66 with DedicatedMC. I still don't understand how they are able to price them so cheap because of how much better the server performed. My server is now lag free now and it feels so great! I mean, I could talk for hours about how good the performance that they provide is but I want to talk about something else they provide to customers that made them one of my favorite companies. The support that they provide is insane. They will reply to me within seconds of creating tickets and every ticket they are able resolve leaving me with a smile on my face. I am super impressed with each and every staff that works at DedicatedMC and am proud to be apart of the DedicatedMC family!

The server (hardware) works perfectly well, but what is more important is that the support here is just insanely good. In the discord server, you get an answer in seconds and everything is explained to you in human language, by a human (a polite and fun to talk to human). The server's control panel is intuitive and most of the stuff is pre-explained in their documentation. Of the three hosting platforms I have tried, this is undoubtedly the best. Thank you <3

I recently switched over from a different hosting company with a myriad of performance issues despite paying for a higher tiered packaged and having a small group of 5 players. Prior to switching, I joined the company's discord asking for guidance on transferring my world and plugins. Within 15 minutes, Tehlo answered and guided me through the entire process while also helping transfer the files and verifying the server was functioning with no bugs/issues. Afterwards, Tehlo was quick to provide me with guides on optimizing the plugins that were transferred. Overall, my new server was up and running, world and files migrated within 30 minutes. Tehlo made the entire process easy. After logging on the server, I am absolutely stunned at the performance difference compared to the hosting company I was at (Shockbyte). I instantly noticed the lack of rubber-banding and how seamless the world renders while traveling compared to the abrupt loading of chunks partnered with lag that I experienced at Shockbyte. If you're looking for top-tier performance coupled with the best customer service I have ever received, this is your place! I ordered a server and ended up needing to upgrade to a dedicated server. They provided amazing customer service with insane response times. Great people and if i ever need a server im coming back to them! <3

It bothers me seeing the recent "terrible/bad/fake" reviews. Like what? lol, this is literally THE BEST server hosting company I have ever had the pleasure of being within my 7+ years. Support is, ironically, the fastest, more comprehensive you can get. No making "web-based" tickets that require you to wait 72 hours between each response, its all integrated into Discord with at least 1 staff member online at all times, that is able to pretty much fix or advise on anything a server owner could need instantly. Performance to price ratio is outstanding, my High-End $40 plan outperforms my previous hosting expectations that were $70-$80+ and even better so. I really love this company with a passion and wish to see them succeed to the top. They deserve it 100%

Having previously used a cheaper host, and very quickly becoming fed up with the constant technical problems and very slow support, I moved over to DedicatedMC. It was the best decision I've made in a very long time. The service and support that these folks offer is outstanding. I would go as far as saying they provide better customer support than any company I have ever dealt with in my life. Honestly, these guys know what they're doing! Servers are lightning fast, and the dashboard/control panel is beautiful and responsive. Plenty of cool perks like reverse proxies, lots of extra ports and multiple databases. Oh, and if I haven't already said, customer service is outstanding! For anyone who is considering setting up a Minecraft server, even if it's just for a little fun tinkering around, definitely get yourself set up with DedicatedMC.
