very fast help for sure worth it

Žiadny problém nebol iba som chcel server na jeden mesiac.

Great value and service When searching for a host for a server, DedicatedMC had glowing reviews. Both about the quality of hosting and customer service. I was having issues with my server stability and was wondering about upgrading my server package to account for it and I was starting to wonder if I'd end up needing to switch to another host with a bigger capacity than they offer. After raising a ticket to process an upgrade, they said it would probably be unnecessary, they've never seen a server need more than 16GB to date (and our usage was constantly maxed at 16GB, causing crashes). They investigated the issue and halfed the usage! They also implemented a reboot schedule to help further manage it along with in-game updates for players on when this is happening. Since then, performance has been smoother than before and I feel confident that if I have further issues that they'd help me check for other causes rather than leaving it to me to fix alone. They said they'd do everything they could to avoid selling me an unnecessary upgrade and I totally believe that. Can definitely recommend, great value service.

Very awesome, kind and fast support! The best you'll ever get! recommended 100%

I have 6 services bought, and I needed a lot of help moving from another host and setting up mysql and moving all the data and they were here the entire time and helped me for 5 hours straight and they were polite the entire time I would choose DedicatedMC over any other host

The server has been the fastest one I've hosted, the price is reasonable and the server has had a stable 20 tps during use. There was a problem with accessing the control panel at one point, but the staff were clear about the situation and the event seemed rare, so I wouldnät be worried about it. I'm using the budget plan and has 3-6 players playing at a time. Would highly recommend it!

Shame it doesn't go higher than 5 stars - This is absolutely the best host I've used: solid prices, amazing support, great partner program also shoutout to the whole community, they're very helpful and friendly :)

I had trouble logging into my Panel. When I made a ticket they had instant response time and were able to resolve my problem in under 30 minutes!
