No overselling, no BS, genuine, transparent people willing to help within a moment's notice. Have been with a number of hosts (and even a dedicated server) and I can say this is by far the best.

The server runs perfect, perfect location, no lag. The support system is so easy to use, fast and the staff are so friendly and helpful. I went with a simple question and they helped set up the server with no questions asked and went the extra mile. Wouldn't have a server from anywhere else.

They give amazing and super fast customer support. Their prices are super cheap and have great value. They are great for people new to hosting a server and people who have been doing it for a while. I have made tickets whenever I have an issue, and get a response within 30 seconds. They can also upgrade your server plan in minutes and have nothing change on your end except for the ip and node name. They also are very helpful with billing and give you many notices. The console is also super easy to use for beginners, and they can help with that as well. I recommend them to everyone and they have been super helpful to me. I am truly very grateful for them, because they helped me create my server.
