Good tech support and there were no problems with the server

Simple as that. It's a strong server for a good price. Support was quick to solve any problems and the interface is relatively easy to use.

Been with dedicatedMC for just under a year now and have yet to have an issue with them. I’ve never had issues with downtime or their support it’s by far the best in the space. They reply almost instantly with support and are always happen to help

DedicatedMC has the best customer support I’ve ever experienced with any service. It’s fast and staff are always willing to be helpful and explain as much as needed. The server quality is also great. With previous hosts, I would constantly be struggling with performance issues and errors that would seem to happen for no reason. But never an issue with DMC. And when there are issues, the communication that staff has with their clients is excellent and I’m never dissatisfied.

We have recently swapped to dedicated from shockbyte- and the comparison is NIGHT AND DAY! We were amazed we didn't have to pay 3 bucks for a ticket- yeah our bar was that low! In all seriousness the support is fantastic- and INSTANT- our transfer took less than a day! If the quality of the hardware is as good as we expect- this will be the best experience as a server owner we have had to date! Highly recommend!

DedicatedMC offers the best raw performance of any conventional Minecraft hosting provider - and they offer this while also being by far the most transparent and down to earth. I have tried a number of hosting providers before, but none even come close to DedicatedMC in any respect. I cannot recommend them enough!

Been with DedicatedMC for a long time and they provide some of, if not the, best service in the Minecraft server hosting space. Their hardware is far better than other more well known server hosting providers, which matters a lot. While it's not the cheapest service, they make up for it with quality hardware and service that is worth the money in the long run.

I have been using DedicatedMC for over 3 years now. I had a huge bug and connection issue on my server and Brandon as well as Egg helped with me with and worked with me through it. The discord ticket support is unlike any other host, they really care the service they are providing and want to make sure your satisfied and I really am!
