The customer support is horrible
The customer support is pretty terrible, well not all, the main person I'm talking about is someone named MstrTaffy in their discord. He will tell you straight up, and I quote, he will not do something for you, without giving you a reason. Has said this to me on multiple occasions and it's very rude. As he says this, another person in their support ticket on discord will hop in and take over the conversation. He's very very rude, and a admin. It's sad that I got treated like this multiple times when I'm paying far above their normal tier packaging price with extra add-ons. Theres a huge market out there for Minecraft Servers so treating customers like this should be a No no. I will not be signing up for another month and will be going over to a new host.
