DedicatedMC, LLCReviews of dedicatedmc.io

Quality service, fast and effective customer support.

I'm a beginner and DedicatedMC has been great so far. DedicatedMC allows you to register domain names and handle DNS on their website. I picked a domain (optional) and my account was ready. The docker container generated my account in minutes. Everything was up and running and worked. There's a decent searchable FAQ for common questions and you can submit tickets through Discord. I submitted one recently for HTTPS/SSL proxy config (for dynmap plugin) and they were prompt and helpful.

Works as advertised, and unlike Shockbyte (where I originally hosted my servers), no overselling!

It’s been a little since my last review but once again I’d like to say just how amazing my experience has been. DedicatedMC provides easily the best hosting for a Minecraft server as well as a discord bot server I’ve used! The staff and directors of it are extremely friendly, easy to talk to, and helpful. The community is also really friendly and helpful on the discord. I’ve been using their services since early 2021 and have had nothing but an amazing experience using them! The performance of all of the servers I have with them is miles ahead of any others. The prices on all of the products are insanely good for what you’re getting as well. And I know that if ever I have a problem with something I can go to them for swift and helpful support! I can say with certainty that I won’t stop using them any time soon!

Had a Server years ago. Not going to mention the different Hosts that i tried... and i felt scamed. I found those people offering this service and joined Discord. You do not wait 10 hours for an answer. They really care about their customers. The only problems i ever had with the server ($14 plan for me) were caused by myself (failed with Plugins). These guys helped me in like no time. Insane Service. Good Price. Fast reactions. Feels like a Family sometimes Imao.

The hosting is the best one out there. The support is amazingly fast, they have powerful servers that arent overpriced, and it's just a nice experience in general.

5/5 Server, Half the price of shockbyte and works really well. They have a really quick and informative website.

Where to start! The team is extremely helpful. They helped me with a problem with a modpack and did amazing. Thank you DedicatedMC!
