Good customer service

I needed a server for modded Minecraft. The prices they offered were great for the specs, and my service was up and ready in no time, even at 11 at night.

I've left a review here before but I have to do it again! Best minecraft server hosting company around! The people running support and just the other server owners in the discord are awesome! As long as I play minecraft and can afford it I will stay with dedimc!

After hearing about an opening slot being open for the location I was waiting for, all I had to do was make a request ticket, and despite having been moved already once and with limited space available on the node, Brandon did it in a timely matter with only minor pushback, which I fully understood. That said, this company continues to remind me that they are the best around despite me losing steam on getting my server up and running.

After spending weeks trying to set up with another hosting company- I decided to try dedicated mc instead. Within MINUTES I had a real person answering my questions right then and there. They were professional, kind, knowledgeable and went above and beyond. They helped answer questions before I even purchased a package so I knew what I was getting and they helped me set up the server itself because I'm pretty new to all this. Opening a ticket was easy on discord, its beautifully moderated and simple.

Amazing customer support!!! I was having trouble setting up my server with a pack not working and was pulling my own hair out. But their amazing support listened and helped get things sorted and even offered to do the setup for me. It was a huge relief. Great price and support make them a good choice for pretty much anyone trying to set up a server to play with friends. Highly recommend!! Thank you, Ego for all the help!

Fantastic, Smooth, and Fun! Dedicated truly provides a reliable gaming experience that cannot be found anywhere.
