Great customer service. Had an issue with my Minecraft server. Reached out to their discord support. And problem solved. The support agent Brandon stuck with me even when I originally gave him bad information. Thanks, DedicatedMC

When first setting up the server to run Pixelmon I ran into issues and it didn't work. I tried to figure it out on my own from a few different sources to no avail. Someone suggested to file a ticket and within a few minutes of explaining what I was trying to do Brandon had it up and running for me. Then just a few minutes ago I was trying to follow a guide for optimizing the server and was once again running into issues. Once again was told to file a ticket shortly after once again Brandon helped set it up and explained to me what to do different in the future. Not only was support swift but I was never made to feel bad for not getting it nor for discouraged from asking questions.

The value for power and support is unrivaled, I have gotten a response from opening a ticket in less than 10 seconds EVERY TIME (over my year of paying for service, there has been around 10-15 tickets ive opened for various reasons). Support always solves my problem in as little time as possible. The price for how fast the servers are is extremely good, and they never lag without it being something of my doing.

very easy to buy very satisfied with the power if the servers and customer supoer is the best ive seen anywhere

Over the years, I've used every major turnkey Minecraft server host for both public and private servers, and DedicatedMC is by far the best. Their support staff is active, patient, helpful, and truly go above and beyond for their customers. The hardware: superior. At this point I have used nearly all of their services, and I've had better performance out of their budget options than most of the competition's premium plans. With DedicatedMC, I'm experiencing better ping rates than i even thought was possible before. In short, finding DedicatedMC was a total game-changer, and I cant recommend them more highly.

Stable and reliable servers, had an issue with the console the day after I bought one, however the moderators on Discord were able to help me fix said error within minutes. IMO this is the go-to server host.

-Good price -Incredible and almost instant customer support -No lag, takes no time at all to connect to the server -I had no problems that the support people couldn't help me with. Have had a really great experience so far. 'Would recommend!

Great customer service. Wanted to upgrade my server and they responded to my ticket immediately and quick to apply the upgrade. UI and UX of the panel is also the best I've used.
