I had an issue with disconnects appear randomly after a 2 day stretch of solid gameplay. It turns out, the package I chose was an EU hosting package and connecting stateside from Texas was proving problematic as time went on. The customer service I received in troubleshooting the issue was fantastic and I can't thank these guys enough. Protip: Join the Discord for dedicatedMC for faster access to support. They responded immediately to my ticket. Ultimately, we decided to move my world/server to one of the packages that have US hosts and it cleared my issue up. Thank you!

Honestly, I have no notes. I've used many different Minecraft hosting services and this one has been the most straightforward, user-friendly, feature heavy service I've ever used. I was particularly impressed with how easy it was to add another port to enable a voice chat mod. In fact, you get 5 extra ports free, which is incredibly handy. Easy to get to the console. Easy to upload mods. Not so easy to download the server files, like the world files but using ftp is easy enough. Overall, I'm incredibly happy and would definitely recommend DedicatedMC. Worth every penny.

Opened a ticket once more, and they explain everything in detail. Offer a great variety of extra services like dns resolve, databases, geyser support, etc. etc. etc. friggin amazing dudeds.
