Made a modded server. I never done this and since english is not my native language I struggle with it if it has some big words. So I did have some problems setting it up, and people that work for these complaints are super helpfull. EGO YOU ARE THE MAN

Rented server. Was dumb, missed a setting. Won't launch. Open ticket in discord. Help arrives in under 60 seconds. Problem fixed in under 5 minutes. V nice.

I went through the discord and my support staff went by Jonah. He/She was very helpful and patient, as well as remarkably knowledgeable and quick in their responses.

I recently started using DedicatedMC. The platform itself is absolutely wonderful. Never had any issues whatsoever with setting up the server. Panel is seamless, and beautiful. The support however, is on a whole other level. Having had awful experiences in the past with other providers, this was a not only a breath of fresh air, but one of the best support experiences I've had ever. Period. Thank you to the support team for doing such an incredible job - what you're doing, is soo important for me as a customer to have a really good connection with the service, regardless of how good the service itself is.

I switched over from Shockbyte because the lag was insane. When I opened a support ticket, DMC’s team were so patient with me and helpful it was crazy. They made the transition process really easy. Server runs well! Only lags when I’m doing stuff that would lag ANY server.

Amazing support. When I needed assistance they were extremely quick to respond and helped me out with my server in a matter of minutes. I would definitely recommend.

Best quality/price ratio. Through them I have been hosting a successful minecraft server with over 2000$/month in donations. Their packages are very affordable even for new owners with no server income.
