Hey Samuel, We're sorry you feel this way, but a few things here are misrepresented. After thoroughly investigating your server and even joining ourselves to verify, further troubleshooting revealed the issue was your internet, as the other players in your server confirmed they had no issues when we joined the server and as shown inside your trace route that you had made for us. We did our best to offer alternatives on how you might improve your connectivity to the server. We advised you at the time that support is limited with cracked servers. You had even agreed with us on our diagnoses and after we had asked whether or not we could offer further support, you had declined such an offer. We had given numerous attempts at showing you that from your traceroute measured to your server, that it was an issue with your connection. All of our nodes are publicly viewable as well as our latency viewer @ lag.wtf, none of which were showing any signs of fault at the time of writing and during those tickets. This was also shown to you and explained. This took place within the first few days of the purchase. Your request for a refund was 3 weeks after the purchase, which is well beyond the 48hr refund policy as stated in our Terms of Service. You were only banned after you initiated a charge back via PayPal, which again, is a bannable offense and part of our Terms of Service, considering your server was active during that time. And lastly, it is common practice both among hosts and with the people creating Paper, that offline servers receive minimal/no support. Hey Joe, I've had a look at your time with us, and you were running a 4GB server with 20 view-distance and 20 simulation-distance that are nearly the max values rendering distance and ticking distances can go to. Even for higher grade CPUs, this is a tall ask to put on Minecraft. Our Support Agents have tried to offer you help on optimizing your server to function better under such strenuous values, and you have not responded to any of our attempts at helping you optimize your MC server. I am sorry you feel that way, and we hope if you ever decide to use our services again that you will reach out to us before asking a refund, because we would have been more then happy to help you get your server to a standard that you can be happy with. Hey Daiven. I'm sorry you feel that way, but after reviewing the ticket with the entire team, there was nothing out of the ordinary or wrong that was done. The support agent assisting you clearly outlined where to look in terms where your issues may lie, but said that his support is limited for hybridization software because of the amount of bugs, vulnerabilities and other issues that could arise from running it on a production server. He remained cordial in that regard, and was trying to point you in the right direction before you had gotten hostile and called it lazy while this is the standard in all of our support inquiries. Furthermore, hybridization software based on Magma (which Thermos and Cauldron are all basing their code from) have been caught spreading malware that most main modpacks are now dropping all recommendation and support for, such as https://pixelmonmod.com/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=29799 It is not only for this reason, but our own experience that we give no support for malicious and bad software. -Taffy General Op's Director

Thanks for the feedback XGNXLency, sad that you chose to take a general statement and make it about us. I had the option to remove this, but as we pride ourselves on Openness and Honesty, I chose to leave it up. It would be great if you left your general hatred of Hosts and Hosting aside when leaving reviews in the future. I had a look into your server when I saw the cancellation come in as Lag, as this is not something we hear often for our High-End range. What I found was a View distance of 17 (while the default is 10 and we do not recommend going over that) and some custom Java arguments that you had placed that limited your Java use from 10GB to 8GB and messed with your heap sizes, which resulted in poor performance, due to your own actions. If you had reached out to our Support Team we could have helped you get setup properly and you wouldn't have had any issues. I hope that if you ever do decide to use us again, you at least reach out to the support team for help. Java Arguments are tricky and the ones you chose to use definitely negatively affected the experience you had. Thanks - DMC Team

I've had a look over your account and can see you've had multiple servers with us, yet you've never reached out to Support regarding your issues. We fully support moving over any file you want to our servers, and do not limit your file management in any way. Had you contact our Support we could have helped you get you all sorted with an existing world. Hey there Itabar, You had requested a cancellation and refund, so when that was processed your server was terminated. Had you lets us know in the 2 hours between request and process, we could have held onto it. Hey there Johnny, We are sad to hear your experience with us has not been up to par. To shed some light on our billing platform, your statements have sadly been false. After not paying your invoice on the date it is due, your server will become suspended for 7 days. You will receive an email notification of this suspension, aswell as two other invoice payment reminders to make sure your invoice is paid on time. If your server got deleted due to you not paying your invoices, even after receiving multiple reminds, there sadly isn't much we can do for you anymore. Our billing is indeed not automatic, but you can set it to be automatic when you purchase a server with us. This can be seen by the "Pay now" or "Subscribe now" buttons on your invoice. You would have had the option yourself to set this to "Subscribe now" to make sure your invoices are paid automatically and on time. Deleting servers to clear up space for customers is something we have never and will never do. If we run out of space we will simply order more nodes with our providers to get them back in stock asap. Regarding your statement about fake reviews. In all of our current 284 reviews we have received on TrustPilot, 100% of them have been given to us by our own customers. We pride ourselves on our transparancy towards our customers and I can assure you, not a single review has been bought or has been posted illegitimately. Next to that, the "Verified" badge on TrustPilot does not mean the email of the reviewer is verified. This simply means that if the "Verified" badge is on a review, the customer had been requested to leave a review on our Trustpilot by email after purchasing a service with us.
