DedicatedMC, LLCReviews of dedicatedmc.io

I have been playing Minecraft for close to a decade and have used several different companies for servers in the past. While none of them sucked per say, DedicatedMC seriously stands out as the #1 option. There are different plan options to really customize your needs/budget, but I think their support is what shines the most. They have helpful articles online but when those don't help, their Discord support is next level. I've had a few silly questions here and there, and they never made me feel bad about it. And it's almost like they fix my issues before I even finish saying what I need because they are just that fast. Every server I've played on from them runs so smooth and I really cannot find anything to complain about. Adding server side mods is pretty easy and so is configuring them if needed. Even uploading an already existing is relatively easy by following their guide. I don't think I'll ever use another company for servers again!!

I have used many hosting services throughout the years and have always had problems with them. As soon as I started with DedicatedMC I never looked for another one. I've been a customer for over 3 years now and every issue I have they solve within minutes, and quite often my issues have nothing to do with their service but a problem I created on my own. They are very quick to reply to their tickets and have very good products. 10/10 would absolutely recommend!

Purchased the 28$ dedicated server plan, and am very happy with the service.

In the middle of a raging hurricane, late at night, power flickering in and out. They will be there. In the midst of an unannounced update. They will be there. Stumbling across modifications that break the server. They will be there with no judgement, trying to help. This has been the most dependable, reliable and professional provider I have ever used. 110/100

Genuinely the best hosting service i've ever used. I was using bisect before and they had awful lag problems that i couldn't seem to get around but ive had zero issues with these guys. Their support, even though it is on discord, is super fast and very helpful. all around 10/10.

Absolutely outstanding hosting service. These guys have provided me a top-tier service for years. We used the high-end hosting for some time, followed by a dedicated server when our storage/processing needs outgrew the high-end plan. Both were super well-handled and very very good value compared to any competitors I tried. What truly sets DedicatedMC apart, however, is the customer service involved. While many other hosts have agents who are just 'going through the motions' or, in some particularly bad cases, outsource their CS entirely, DedicatedMC has highly committed agents who are clearly knowledgeable and eager to help. These guys are not only technically proficient- they are commensurate professionals. I would go so far as to say their service, in how well it was delivered, was also a business solution where the agents helped where needed as if they were part of our very own team. A big thanks in particular to "Config Corruptor" Brandon, "Panel Overlord" Ego, and "Fixer of Things" MstrTaffy. These guys have made the experience completely flawless even when my monkey brain failed to handle simple technical tasks. While other hosts feel like an often-frustrating self-service product, DedicatedMC offers a service where their agents are driving success alongside you. If you're comparing hosts, you must try these guys. There's no service I'm aware of that even comes close to the quality of DedicatedMC.

Reliable, fast, quality services. What's not to love?

DedicatedMC provided a stable server, working 24/7, just as advertised. I haven't encountered any lag, so gameplay experience was smooth. Will happily use their services again :)
