I have wanted a leather blazer for over 15yrs. but did not know were to purchase one. I came across Decrum ordered one and lord was I please. Mom is 96yrs. and she felt the blazer then insisted She put in on.Now all six sister's and two brothers all want to put it on and where did I buy it. No I'm not happy.

I’m vary satisfied with my purchases three jackets , fit was great design and colors were awesome. I wish when they had a deeper discount from time to time!

The size that I bought was found to be one size too small. I contacted Decrum about it and received a response immediately and a return. That was only about a week ago. I just received a message that the replacement has been sent with a tracking number. I am satisfied with the response.

I must give Decrum the highest marks in customer service! After buying a beautiful leather jacket for my daughter (unfortunately it didn't fit her body type) I had to return it. The customer service received from Decrum was impressive, to say the least. Their responses to my email messages were prompt, helpful, and very professional. They kept me informed every step of the way through the return process. Dealing with them has been a pleasure, and I would not hesitate to recommend them whatsoever!

I ordered a jacket for my partner and used the company's size chart, I was a bit worried that the sizing would be wrong as we've had that problem before from other sellers. No need to worry about that from this seller, the jacket fitted perfectly. After I placed my order I received a few emails from these guys giving me updates on the progress of my order. The jacket arrived very quickly and was well wrapped to protect it from damage in transit. The jacket itself was well made and the quality of the leather is very good. My partner was very happy with the jacket. I would definitely recommend these guys to family and friends.

Customer service reached out to me to assure me if were any issues with my purchase, I could send it back with no problems. I’m so glad that I made this purchase. I’m 6’1” 208 LBS. I ordered a Large & this coat fit me like it was tailored made. I’ve received so many compliments on both of my purchases. I really don’t think that you’ll find a better quality leather from anywhere. The fit, quality, style & customer service is by far the best I’ve ever received!
