The selection of napkins is wonderful. The colors are vibrant, the quality is outstanding. Service is excellent--from order to delivery and is always as ordered. Customer service is great, very helpful.

As always, the product and service was excellent. Decoupage Designs is the first place I look when ordering decoupage napkins and rice paper!

I am, so pleased with everything I have ordered....received my last order just a few days ago. Then started browsing on some other sites...(what a waste of time) Placed another order. You folks are tops with me..I head up a craft group for my church. We have an annual Bazaar, run it for 2 days in November. These items from you folks are what makes for a super sale! So Thanks again.

I love their napkins and rice paper. I love when they have sales, I especially love when they have Free shipping !
