My order has been delayed so long==========. I can never get anyone by phone, to find out if I will ever receive it! Their rice paper decoupage scenes are very low. I have a business and am looking for another supplier. I wish they could have continued as before. Mrs. Udell

Hello Lisabeth. I'm sorry you felt we only deserved a 2 star. We checked on your order and it was shipped on June 8th. Please check your email for your tracking number and you can see the progress of the shipment. We ship normally 2-3 days after an order is received. Yours shipped on the 3rd day after receipt. We do want you to be happy with your purchases and please don't hesitate to email us anytime regarding any matter with your order. Email is actually much faster to get in touch with us. We have just received some new rice papers and are expecting more soon. Thank you as always!
