The only reason I’m giving you a lower score is because you advertise 2 day shipping and I ordered on the 16th and it was not delivered until the 21st. When I called they said they had been very busy. Well, don’t advertise what you can’t deliver.

One of the items I picked ended up being out of stock but I didn't find out until I actually received my order. Two weeks later and the out of stock item is still listed on the web site :(

Hi Karen, thank you for your review. We do strive to notify customers when we are fulfilling their order if we are short or out of something and process the refund at time of packing the order. Normal delivery to Canada from the States does take about 15 days not including weekends. Again, thank you for your business. :-)
