We purchased outdoor loungers green and white striped cushions with the base being covered with what appears to be rope intertwined. At first glance, looked great. Noticed within a month that the rope that surounds the metal base starting to turn green. Assumed from the cushions fading and bleeding downward. Wasn't the case. Rope still greenish(originally rope color) and bright green and white cushions not white on off white. Stored in shade when not using. Comfortable but not worth the cost due to all the fading colors. Wouldn't purchase knowing what I know now. md- fort worth

This company is advertising incorrect measurements for containers instead of 24"x27"x27" and I received 22"x22"x22" which is now not fitting for my climbing roses so over $500 wasted on 4 containers.

BEWARE!! Terrible return policy and practices! After purchasing a lovely coffee table with no problem, the return was quite costly and took FOREVER. First, I had to pay $120 for a custom box to be made because the original was cut apart to remove the table. Second, they charged an $80 restocking fee. And lastly, they waited OVER 3 weeks from the return date to refund my money. Ridiculous policies. Don't purchase from them unless you are absolutely sure you won't need to return!!

RUN!!! Scam artists they have a horrible return policy and they won't allow you to cancel, tried to cancel after 15minutes and they hung up the phone on me.. I had to dispute with my financial institution

awful experience be aware they charge 15% restocking fee and have the worst return policies, and you have to wait for a long time to get your refund. I do not recommend purchase anything from this store

After placing my order, I immediately requested to change the color of my item - same price and style. I left a message and sent an email. I did not receive a response. I called 6 more times the following day. I finally spoke with someone who said that they would send an email to the manufacturer. Then I later received an email that it was too late to change the color, and I would have to pay a restocking fee to return the item. I do not believe that they tried at all to help me or provide any customer service.

Buyer Beware!!~~~~~~Sham of a company! They knowingly sell items they do not have in stock. Charge you and say it will ship in 2 days then weeks later tell you in may be in stock in October!! Yet they charge you!! I despise low brow con artist like this. AVOID! And you better refund my $ bc I have all the time in the world to tweet, Post, file BB reports so others don't have to deal with your nonsense. 😡
