I ordered this fabric on May 4
I ordered this fabric on May 4, 2017 ( Schumacher camden cotton check in Mocha) with an online confirmation the my 24 yards were in stock. This order was then followed by a message saying that it was back ordered until June 5, 2017 and I was told that without cancelling my order, my charge of $1092.00 would be held by you!!!!!!I thought this was somewhat unfair so I cancelled my order. Please let me know when it is back in stock and I will re-order.

Hi Barbara! Thank you for the feedback as it is greatly appreciated! We sincerely apologize that you were displeased during this time. The order was received on 05/04 and we reached out to you on 05/04 to confirm that the manufacturer only had a 20 yard piece and a 3.8 yard piece. The yardage was placed on hold pending your approval. On 05/05 we were notified to cancel the order and issue a refund. An authorization of payment is obtained for any and all orders submitted though the DecoratorsBest website. If the item is on back order, we will still send your order to the manufacturer for processing thus the payment authorization obtained through the website.
