Hi Melinda! Thank you for your feedback! Free shipping is offered for all orders of $100 or more. You did not have the material you said you had.
You were attentive and courteous after the bad news ( i waited days to get that news) and I assume you will credit my CC the full amount. I was of course disappointed...out of stock was even mentioned on the page of your website where I was ordering.

Decorators best is a great resource for designer fabrics but needs to come down on sample pricing.
Samples can get costly

Zebra Wallcoverings
One of the worst papers I have ever had the mispleasure to have worked with. They sent me two triple rolls of two very different shades. Paper is untrimmed and the match was off, the paper was impossible to work with. Never again.

Shipping
Wasn't happy that I had to pay $75 for shipping to Hawaii. That wasn't made clear when the order was placed and the notification of a shipping charge was sent a day later. I spent $499 and that should be enough to get free shipping. I love the fabric but the shipping charge dropped your rating from a 5 to a 3!
