Alot of people online said shipping was iffy and customer service was nonexistent, but contrary to all that I recieved a shipment notice within a day and my item was delivered in about 6 days from purchase. It arrived in a little box but with tons of bubble wrap but I thought the tissue paper was a nice touch. Candle burned through 1 layer in about 2ish hours but smelled great

I placed my order for a candle on January 10, 2025. Keep in mind that the shop page says "YOU'LL GET IT WHEN YOU GET IT (ABOUT 3-5 DAYS)" when finalizing an order. By February 1st I had gotten completely nothing from them, so I sent them an email using the customer service section of their website. This email provided my order details and all necessary details, and I got no response. On June 27th I get an email out of the blue telling me that my order has just been shipped. It arrived on the 30th. Yes, I got my candle, but it took almost 6 months to arrive, during which I was told absolutely nothing.

i placed my order 5months ago and it has never arrived up to this date. they said they will send an email with a tracking number but never received it. poor communication and wouldn't give me no updates

Ordered Candle in January it's now April no candle no refund no response from the scam business. Company is a Joke. Don't buy these candles.

Ordered a candle in early December for a Christmas gift. Still hasn’t been received and it’s now February. No response to emails. What a terrible company with no customer service!

bad communication and timing, but got my candle after 3 months ish. I did not attempt to refund or anything. Candle is nice and funny and I really like the product, they could probably work on communication
